We are so excited to be able to offer two weeks of half day camp for our youngest group this summer. Coach Jacey has put together an incredible schedule with weekly themes to create a memorable summer experience for your little one. Each morning they will be able to move, shake, stretch and learn about the importance of fitness, healthy nutrition & healthy habits.
A Typical Schedule:
8:50AM-9AM - Drop Off
9-9:20AM - Yoga/Morning Meditation
9:20-10:20AM - Snack/Outside Activity/Crafts
10:30-11:30AM - CrossFit Class & Cooperative Games
11:30-11:50AM - Stretching/Mobility
11:50-12PM - Pick Up
Capacity: 15 each week
Pricing: $175 + HST
